Disclaimer. This is not medical advice. The information gathered and posted on this website is factual information done with tons of research, experience and testimonials.

If you’re reading this, it’s not too late to repair and regrow your hair. You’re like me, you’ve seen a decline in density of your hair over the years and no one has been able to explain why. Especially your doctor(s). You’ve likely spent hundreds of dollars on “miracle oils”, “super moisturizers”, doctors’ visits, blood work, scalp biopsies, Rogaine, HRTs, specialists, and such. With still no luck!

You’re experiencing the following:

  • Your hair won’t grow.
  • Sheds uncontrollably to the point where you’re afraid to even touch it.
  • Looks brittle and dry no matter what you do to it.
  • Is super thin, especially on the top and around the sides and it kinda happened without you noticing.

You’ve likely even had a diagnosis of some form of Alopecia or an autoimmune disease. Even worse you’ve been diagnosed as normal/healthy with with the exception of some anxiety and depression. But! If you lose some weight, everything will be fine. Ha!

These examples of likely situations you’ve experienced are listed specifically because as we age our bodies drastically begin to change in ways we never anticipated as teens and young adults. Hormones play a huge role in those changes but so do vitamins and nutrients.

That’s why healthy eating habits and exercise are vital for assisting our bodies natural biochemical processes. After experiencing, researching, and studying, I’ve found that deficiencies are the root cause to many of the ailments we experience in life. What’s more, deficiencies can either cause extreme hair loss or make it worse.

A key indicator that you have vitamin-related hair loss is that you have lost more than just the hair your head. You may be lacking hair all over your body including the eyebrows and lashes due to damaged hair follicles.

Take a look at some of the possible causes to your hair loss below. Along with additional symptoms this list could better understand how you can turn your health around and get a better lease on life.
